Genetics plays a big role in your ability to build muscle

ability to follow daily processes and take daily actions to
reach your end goal, you'll build muscle.
Having a daily plan may seem like common sense, but you'd be
surprised how many people don't. If you set daily goals, as
well as an overall goal, you'll be putting yourself well
ahead of such people, as far as building muscle goes.
One example of daily goal setting is to decide, for
instance, to work out at the gym every evening. That's a
simple goal to monitor. If you work out, you are sticking to
your daily goal. If not, you aren't. It's that simple.
Adjusting your diet is also an important step to building
muscle. Eating healthy is key. You might even want to plan
and prepare your meals for the day in the morning. Making
healthy food choices and preparing and eating those foods
each day is an important daily goal to set.
Building muscle is not an exact science. It changes from
person to person. You may not be able to build muscle at
first, but don't give up! Just have a plan and stick to it!
