the metabolism to process the vegetables. Most processed
foods don't give your system a real chance to process when
the food has already been processed at the factory.
D. If you have a sweet tooth for sweets, remember that
processed sugars and corn syrups will go right to your fat
cells. Eliminating all sweets from your diet would be a
mistake because eventually, you would break your code and
start eating them. The real key is limiting your sweets from
where you were before.

Eating 5 smaller meals per day will help you lose more
weight. Also, if you want to lose weight and be healthier
you can't skip any meals, or eat large meals once or twice a
