More Chakra Balance Secrets: Food, Gemstones and Sound waves

To understand chakra balance, you must first grasp the
general concept of chakras. Chakras are the opening within
the human body that permits vital life force energy to flow
in and out of the human aura, they are the bodies energy
centers.
One of their many beneficial tasks is the vitalization of
the physical body as well as the healthy development of the
self-conscious, they relate to our emotional, mental and
physical relationships and activity.
What does a chakra look like, you might wonder. Most often
they are likened to the appearance of a lotus flower, since
they are have the appearance of a being funnel in their
shape, with smaller funnels within the larger funnel.
Each individual has seven chakra centers, which associate
with their own specific corresponding color. Here you will
learn each chakras physical location within the body, as
well as the beneficial gifts of chakra balance, the means of
enhancing your life and well being by relieving a good deal
of stress and anxiety that we as humans experience on a
daily basis.
Starting at the base of the spine and ending at the top of
the head, you will find seven chakras. The names of the
chakras are the root chakra, solar plexus and heart chakras,
the throat, brow or third eye and the crown chakra.

a chakra balance that are helpful in grounding and
re-energizing for each chakra center.

beans, potatoes, meats, parsnips, eggs, radishes, garlic and
beets.
Sacral Chakra: Almonds, cinnamon, honey, mangos, melons,
strawberries and many others.
For you solar plexus chakra, this will help with
self-esteem, try eating flax seed, cereal, milk, cheeses,
ginger, mints, and others.
Heart Chakra: Basil, broccoli, green tea, kale, sage,
spinach and thyme. These types of foods and spices aid in
healing any emotional pain.
Next is your throat chakra and to help to speak truth try
eating lemons, limes, kiwi, salt , lemon grass, apples,
pears, and plums.
The brow chakra and to help awaken third eye senses try
blueberries, red grapes, black berries, lavender, poppy
seed.
Crown Chakra: To aid in cleansing and opening the spiritual
connection and communication of your crown chakra, you might
enjoy making use of incenses such as copal, frankincense,
juniper, myrrh and sage.
Keep in mind this list is only a fraction of the types of
spices, drinks and food products useful for chakra balance.
To achieve a chakra balance, however, you will need to learn
to gain better focus on the chakra centers of your body.
You can begin balancing your chakras, by starting with the
root chakra and working your way up to each ascending
chakra, by placing gemstones on each chakra point. When
working with each chakra point, you can bring balance to
individual chakras by leaving a gemstone on the point for 3
to 5 minutes each, depending on the level of balance you
feel each chakra needs.
You can use any kind of gemstone, but some people suggest
certain gemstones for each chakra. But this list isn't
always the same for each person; you can test this out by
buying a few kinds of gemstones. Once you place the
gemstone on your chakra you will possibly notice a humming
or a feeling that feels good if you are using the proper
gemstone. If you feel a negative feeling, or just the
gemstone doesn't feel correct, do not use that gemstone for
that chakra again.
You can experiment with different gemstones, and when you
find the one that feels the best you should make a list of
which chakra and what gemstone you are using. An example is
black onyx being used for your root chakra, this seems to be
a very good choice for most people, but once again it may
not be the correct gemstone for your chakra. So don't feel
that you are doing something wrong if a gemstone that
someone else suggested doesn't work for you.
A chakra balance can also be done all at once, put your
gemstones on each chakra point at the same time, and then
leave them on for three to 25 minutes, again depending on
how much your chakra's need to be balanced.
