than your body needs then the complete opposite happens.
When you eat less, do you know what happens? Your metabolic
rate will slow down so your body goes into starvation mode
and starts storing fat. This only puts more fat on your
stomach. So reducing your calorie intake will only make your
stomach fatter instead of leaner.
A good exercise program along with a balanced diet will get
