eat far more than they need to. Next time you go to a
restaurant, share the meal with your friend. The portions in
most restaurants are usually two times the right serving
size. By sharing with your friend, you save money, and avoid
a big calorie intake. Be sure to eat a well balanced meal.
You should always have a salad, or fruit with all of your
meals.

slow, make one change at a time until you are happy with
your weight. The important thing is to never quit and give
