Pregnancy symptoms are similar to the early symptoms of

unexplained pregnancy like symptoms you feel should be
related to a medical practitioner.
The early signs experienced is usually known as
perimenopause. Most women will experience this in their 30's
and 40's. During this time the disease will not be full
blown.
This stage of a woman's life called perimenopause is a
period where the estrogen level in your body begins to
decline. This reduction will take place between the age 30
and 40. when the ovaries has totally stopped producing eggs
the full blown condition will commence. Menopause is marked
by a having no period for an entire year. There will not be
another definite sign as it is a process and will take all
these years to occur.
Hot flushes is one of the most significant signs of
menopause. Also known as hot flashes is characterized by day
and night sweats even when the weather is cool.
A woman may experience blemish or prickled skin or red skin
rash. You may also experience other symptoms such as, yeast

activities like sneezing coughing and exercising.
Diagnosis: A blood test will allow a doctor to check for

the accuracy level can be raised based on how frequent it is
taken.
After this a doctor will be able to tell you whether or not
you are suffering from menopause symptoms. At this time he
can offer treatment options such as surgery or hormone
replacement therapy.
It would be better to consider all the natural health
options prior to under going any man made treatments. There
are many herbs and homeopathic remedies that will reduce the
effects of the condition and provide relief. Any treatment
should be accompanied by a consistent program of diet and
exercise.

serve as a good indicator of what is going on in your body
to allow you time to take steps to minimize or eliminate the
effects. In the final analysis, you are in charge of your
body and it is left to you to take the right action now so
