Drop the pounds without exercise

What if we tell you that you could lose weight without you
having to exercise at all! For some time now, exercising
has been the prescribed method by a lot of physicians and
doctors for you to cut the flab.

Now the problem is " ask a larger person to follow exercises
as the way to lose pounds, and you would probably get a nod
in the negative. Exercising can indeed be one of the
preferred methods for people to lose weight, but it does not
always work for people who are overweight.

Remember one thing " Our legs are tailored to carry a
certain amount of body weight. Any amount of increase in
weight means that the legs and other parts of the body
suffer the most. Now, thats why they say that being
overweight is not healthy at all. Importantly, when such a
person gets exercising, the legs do not work in tandem,
resulting in the exercise not working. So, exercising in a
nutshell cannot be a recommended method for people,
especially overweight people to lose weight. So, what can be
done " Simple, get into a food portion control program, and
you will do just fine.

This in essence is crucial to the diet control program. The
first thing you need to be controlling is the amount of
cookies and fat rich food you eat. Consuming Chicken Caesar
Salad, for example, will not do your body any good at all.

If eating Chicken Caesar Salad has been your food of choice,
you must do well to reduce eating it. And that really is the
problem! At most times, we think we are eating healthy
foods, but at the end of the day, you find that they are
nothing but fat-rich foods.

Now, a lot of people end up munching on fat-free cookies the
entire day on the thought that it is fat-free food. Well,
your guess is as good as mine " they really arent that
healthy for the body at the end of the day.

Cut down the portions of your meal if you are really
interested in losing weight. You may have been in a habit of
eating one full portion of meal. Remember, what goes through
your mouth needs to be digested well by the digestive
system, and unfortunately for us, the digestive system has
got limited powers.

Eat smaller portions, and you would give the best chance for
your body to digest food. This could be really tough for
some people who have had the habit of eating until their
stomach is full. Regular snacking is another bad habit,
which people have to modify. As an alternative, what you
could munch on chewing gum.

Last but not the least, you should keep a tab of how much
food you end up eating. There is absolutely no point in you
binge eating on your favorite foods. That could only worsen
the situation even more from where it is now. Eat smaller
portions of food and you would be almost on the verge of
completing your diet control program.

you would find ways of losing the excess pounds of your body
